Services
At Coastal Hearing Solutions, we recognize the investment you have made. The following is a list of what you can expect from us as we work together to improve your hearing.

Referral Policy

Over the years, our patients have been generous with their kind words about us and have referred us to their friends. We have recently instituted a referral program designed to show our appreciation.

Any current patient who refers someone to our office and that person purchases hearing aids from us will receive an appreciation check of $100. The new patient must list the referral name on our new patient paperwork, there is no limit on the number of referrals and the appreciation check will be sent to the referring person after the new patients trial period of 30 days is over.

Third Party Policy
When you call or email us to schedule an appointment for a hearing test, we will ask you for the name of an interested party who will accompany you on the visit. This is an important part of our testing protocol. We will evaluate your hearing over a broad range of frequencies. We will need to evaluate your hearing with someone who you listen to frequently. This person will become part of the testing procedure. Our goal is to evaluate you under your more normal situations.
Payments Accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Cards as well as person checks and cash.
Financing
Financing is available through Sound Choice and there are many options design for everyone. 0%, 12-month financing is available with approved credit, and low interest financing is available on longer terms.
Insurance
Coastal Hearing Solutions will be happy to accept any insurance policies that cover Hearing Assistive Devices.
Programs Available
Coastal Hearing Solutions  is approved through the NC Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and we are an approved provider through the US Dept. of Labor. For information on these, you may contact us.
Hours

We are open Monday – Thursday from 9-5. The office is closed on Fridays for on-site visits, but if you need to schedule an appointment for Friday, we can be there for you.

The office is closed for two weeks in the year, the week of Christmas through New Year’s and the week of Fourth of July. Other scheduled holidays are Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving.

Although the office is closed on these days, we can be reached on our after hours number of 910-297-9653. You can simply call that number and be directed to our “on-call” staff member.
